The Wisconsin office was established in 2003. Located just minutes from Milwaukee with interstate access, it provides a Runnion Equipment location for our South and South Central Wisconsin and far Northern Illinois customers.

If you are in the market for a new telescoping or articulated crane, the Wisconsin location offers our flagship line of National Crane manufactured by Manitowoc in Shady Grove Pennsylvania, Tadano Boom Trucks headquartered in Houston, Texas manufactured in Japan, Palfinger brand Knuckle-boom Cranes headquartered in Austria, manufactured there and in Canada. Models of all lines represented include: wall-board machines, service body cranes, self-loaders, telescoping boom-trucks and log-loaders. Although commonly mounted on a truck chassis, hence the term “boom-truck”, most of our telescoping and articulated cranes can be mounted on a variety of contrivances in a variety of configurations, for example; pedestal mounted, dock mounted, barge mounted, roller-base and trailer mounted.

In order to provide local services for our mobile crane customers in Wisconsin, this location offers a full maintenance and repair facility as well as a mounting shop in order to custom mount your equipment. Authorized warranty work can be handled at this facility as well. Rental units for use in Wisconsin may be picked up at this location or can also be delivered to your door.

The Wisconsin location functions as a drop-off and pick-up point for newly purchased customer units, rental units and repair units that are being dropped off.

We provide our customers with one of the most thorough OSHA inspection reports for their equipment in the country. Our OSHA inspection and written estimate of suggested repairs provides the crane owner with peace of mind. Our Parts Department stocks a full complement of replacement parts for all lines of equipment that we sell. Commonly used items and parts such as wear-pads, cable, sheaves, hoses, fittings, brackets and bolts are readily available. Pumps, cylinders, boom sections and other special order parts are usually available within 24 hours through our Internet parts ordering system partnered through our manufacturers. Runnion Equipment Company’s Parts Department has achieved status as an “Elite” dealer through a rigorous program monitored by Manitowoc. Our Parts Department personnel attend manufacturer sponsored training classes and are familiarized with the equipment we sell. We stock used parts based on availability as well as aftermarket and generic non-critical parts but we always try to fix first before we replace in order to save you money. Our Parts Department also stocks a range of crane attachments such as Kinshoffer pallet forks, custom made tear-off boxes and roof top hoppers, or one and two man baskets in order to add versatility to your crane
